Yes. There's no account, no paid tier and no limit on how many clips you create, within fair-use rate limits that stop abuse.

Only someone who has the code or link. Clip pages are marked noindex so search engines don't list them, and they're served with Cache-Control: no-store so browsers and proxies don't keep copies. Random codes are drawn from 31 characters at 6 positions (about 887 million combinations), and lookups are rate-limited, so guessing one is impractical, but a custom code like test is easy to guess. Treat clips as private, not secret, and use burn-after-read and short expiry for anything sensitive.

Your choice at save time: 10 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day or 7 days. When a clip expires it stops being served immediately and is permanently deleted from storage shortly after.

The clip is deleted the first time anyone opens it. Good for one-time hand-offs such as a temporary password or a code someone needs exactly once. The link first shows a Reveal clip button, so link previews in chat apps and email don't use the clip up.

100 KB of text per clip, roughly 50 printed pages. Files and images aren't supported yet; that's planned.

Not in this version. Create a new clip with a new code, or reuse a custom code after the old clip expires.

Yes. Enter 3 to 40 characters using lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens in the Custom code field. If it's taken you'll be told straight away.

expires_in accepts 10m, 1h, 1d or 7d. Creating and opening clips are rate-limited per IP address. Keep the delete_key: it is shown only once and is the only way to delete a clip before it expires.

For short-lived text, yes. It works on devices where you aren't signed in to anything (a work PC, a friend's laptop, a public computer), it doesn't leave a permanent copy in your inbox or chat history, and it deletes itself.

Yes. It's a plain web page with no app to install. On a phone, scanning the QR code shown next to a clip opens it directly.
